Payment Policy
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash
- Money Order
- Certified Check
- Credit Card
- Visa, Master Card to be charged additional of 4% of the total amount
- American Express and Discover Card NOT accepted
Reservation and deposit
To make a reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total of the move is collected in order to secure a moving date as well as to securing the truck and crew. The deposit will be applied to the move and deducted from the cost of the move. Reservations can be made with a Visa/MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DEPOSITS ARE TAKEN TO RESERVE SPACE ON TRUCKS
FOR YOUR SHIPMENT. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, ONCE YOUR YOU
RESERVE A MOVE DATE WITH ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL MOVING WE RESERVE SPACE
ON OUR CARRIER, THEN WE LOGISTICALLY DETERMINE THE ROUTES FOR OUR
FLEET. THE CANCELLATION IS TO COMPENSATE OUR CARRIERS FOR LOSSES
RESULTING FROM CANCELLATIONS.
All cancellations must be mailed, emailed or faxed to the office
listed on the ESTIMATE no later than 7 business days prior to the
first scheduled pickup date in order to avoid any miscommunications.
